PMC Services – Program Management Consultancy

ENRX provide a PMC role acting as a project management consultant to work on behalf of our customer to arrange and manage the Deliver phase of the project.

Our PMC scope of services includes:

Portfolio, Program, and Project Management − Interface Management

Portfolio, Program, and Project Controls Management including but not limited to

Scope Definition and Scope Change Management (baseline and scope management, change control and subsequent actions to update cost plan, integrated master schedule, and scope book) Planning/ Scheduling (including the creation and maintenance of an integrated master schedule, cost and resource loading, defining milestone definition sheets, monitoring key milestones, acceptance/rejection of subcontractor's schedule and integration with integrated master schedule, consolidation, and update of integrated master schedule, request and review recovery schedules as applicable, forensic planning as required)
Cost (cost forecasting, at project and program level, weekly, monthly, annualized, and full lifecycle, budget adherence and recommendation of recovery as required, reconciliation with actual costs, variance reports with detailed narratives and proposed recovery plans as applicable), ensuring cost and schedule alignment; Earned Value Management (establish quantity-based earned value, rules of credit, ensure sub-contractor adherence to processes
Quantity surveying (measure and monitor construction quantities and productivity weekly and monthly, integration with the integrated master schedule and contract information, creation, and maintenance of asset register)
Estimating (collating and maintaining a scope book and master book of rates for estimating, detailed cost plan aligned with the procurement / packaging strategy, review, and re-estimate as design progresses, managing the update of quantities in the integrated master schedule).
Risk Management
Reporting (weekly and monthly reporting of progress, key quantities, HSQE metrics, earned value and schedule variances, providing commentary, and promoting recovery initiatives)
Document Control, Digital Information Management & PMIS (Workflows Determination, ACONEX administration and maintenance, update, dissemination, upload, notification of documents, Tracking submissions and responses, weekly & monthly reports, data integrity, NEOM Document Numbering and Revision Procedures.
